Our desire is to bring the warmth of wood into the kitchen and gatherings with family and friends. Each piece is designed only after studying each board to see what it could become. We don’t batch out items, we don’t program a CNC to make the same exact cuts for us over and over to save time. We simply go to our shop, look at the wood and start creating. We love to take wood that other woodworkers would either throw way or mill down to perfection and use it in our “Broken but Beautiful” or our “Refiner’s Fire” Series. Both of which speak to resilience and grit.

We have been perfecting our craft of purposeful imperfection for years.
We use local hardwoods sourced from small saw mills near our home. We know the names of the men who mill the lumber. We pay them with cash. We shake their hands when we leave.
